studio de le:u was founded to collaborate with clients to execute a cohesive vision for both residential and commercial projects. We specialize in unique works that account for the client's needs, environment, context, materiality, and individualism. While we specialize in single-family residences, our project range from residential renovations to large-scale commercial projects. Clients often engage us for our approach and ease of collaboration.

The studio was founded by the principal, Paul De Leeuw in 2004. In addition to designing private residences, ranging in aesthetic from traditional to contemporary, Paul also has extensive experience in the design of large-scale neighborhoods, nationwide Harley Davidson dealerships, projects focused on sustainability as well as projects for the US General Services Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.

Paul directly interacts with clients on a day-to-day basis to gain a complete understanding of every project goal. He limits the number of clients on a yearly basis to maintain an engagement and availability to each client’s needs and communication.
